When I started "A Healthy Jo", my intent was to build content that was delicious, helpful, inspiring, and real. A Healthy Jo has always been part of my company, The Marzett Group, LLC, which I founded in 2014. I've built several online courses and have enjoyed every bit of putting my mind into a creative outlet that was for the greater benefit of others. From marketing to project management to cooking classes - it's been a fantastic ride that showed me a whole different world of possibilities that's out there!
As we close in on the end of 2023, I plan to close my entire business down, too. 2024 will be a year for me to lighten up my load and commitments, and focus more on myself, my health, and my kids. I'd like to get back into the gym more consistently, and focus more on community in 2024.
